04 - Immediately top each with a second graham cracker square and gently press to sandwich.
05 - Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving, as the filling will be hot.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No campfire or stovetop needed, just pop everything in the air fryer and walk away.
  • The marshmallows get that perfect toasted exterior with a gooey center in minutes.
  • Cleanup is almost nonexistent since you use parchment paper.
  • You can make just one or a whole batch without any fuss.
02 -
  • Do not walk away for too long, marshmallows can go from golden to burnt in seconds if your air fryer runs hot.
  • Use parchment paper and not aluminum foil, the airflow works better and nothing sticks.
  • Press gently when closing the sandwich or the marshmallow will squirt out the sides.
03 -
  • Check your air fryer at the 3 minute mark the first time, every model heats a little differently.
  • If your marshmallows are sliding off, press them gently into the chocolate square before cooking.
  • Cut the parchment paper smaller than the basket so air can still circulate around the edges.
