01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
# How-To Steps:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the carrot slices and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until just tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in honey, sea salt, and ground black pepper.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the honey-butter mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes until the carrots are glossy and well coated.
04 - Remove from heat. If desired, stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
