08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
# How-To Steps:
01 - In a large bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until mixture becomes foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until fully blended.
03 - Gradually add all-purpose flour to the wet mixture, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon or dough hook until a soft dough forms.
04 - Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic, or use a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook.
05 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm environment for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each into a smooth ball.
07 - Arrange the shaped rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and allow to rise for 30 to 40 minutes until puffy.
08 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
09 - Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter before baking.
10 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
11 - Remove rolls from the oven, brush again with the remaining melted butter, and let them cool slightly before serving.
